Nathaniel is 10 months and is busybusybusy. Speed crawling all over the house and then cruising around holding on to the furniture. He is saying so many words now. He can basically "parrot" you. "Hot" is his favorite word. He is now going to the Methodist preschool in Thomson and seems to really like it there. He has a little friend named Trey who follows him in the room. Nathaniel has such a sweet mild mannered disposition- he's such a charmer. His grandpa Lee got him a dog that dances and sings "this is why I'm hot, hot..." and Nathaniel LOVES to dance to it. I'll have to upload to youtube and post.

my girl Kate

With Kate, I don't know what has changed. But I'm not going to argue. She is behaving in school and seems happier. She got an alarm clock for Christmas and gets herself up in the mornings and takes a shower before school. Maybe it's that bit of independence- but I don't have to fuss so much in the mornings and it's nicer. It's very cyclic with Kate- 6 great months then 6 rough months. Always has been. Would not trade her for anything in the world. She's mananged to keep that "sparkle" about her. She is going to start her swim classes this month ( for 7 weeks) and then I'm letting her try a hiphop/ step class and gymnastics. I'll see if she really likes one before we invest too much time.
